The site does not request or process special categories of data (e.g., health or judicial data).
 

3. Purpose of the Processing and Legal Basis

The data provided by the user will be processed exclusively for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to inquiries and registrations/bookings: To provide clarifications on services and manage booking requests received via form, email, or WhatsApp.

    • Legal basis: Execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6 para. 1 lett. b GDPR).

  2. Compliance with legal obligations: To comply with tax, accounting, or administrative obligations under Italian and European legislation (e.g., registration of guests at accommodation facilities).

    • Legal basis: Legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (Art. 6 par. 1 lett. c GDPR).
       

4. Processing and Storage Methods

Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, using logic strictly related to the purposes and adopting appropriate security measures to prevent data loss, illicit, or unauthorized use.

The data collected via the contact form will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to manage and fulfill the user's request. If the request turns into an actual booking, the data will be retained for the time necessary to execute the contract and in compliance with legal accounting and tax obligations (typically 10 years).
 

5. Communication and Recipients of Data

The data will not be disclosed publicly. It may be disclosed to third parties used by the Data Controller to provide its services, carefully appointed as Data Processors (e.g., tax advisors, hosting or messaging service providers such as WhatsApp/Meta), as well as to the competent authorities as required by law.
 

6. Rights of the interested party

At any time, the user can exercise his or her rights pursuant to Articles 15-22 of the GDPR:

  • Request access to your personal data and its correction or deletion.

  • Request limitation of processing or object to it.

  • Request portability of the data provided.

  • File a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
