BOOKING POLICY

This site does not offer a direct electronic payment system. Requests for accommodation and availability are processed via:

  • Sending a message using the built-in WhatsApp function
     

1. Confirmation and Payment Methods

  • Confirmation Deposit: Your reservation is considered finalized and confirmed only after receiving a deposit equal to 60% of the total stay, to be paid using the methods agreed upon during the contact process (e.g., bank transfer).

  • Balance: The remaining 40% of the balance must be paid directly to the property upon arrival or check-out.

  • Tourist Tax: Not included in the rates and equal to €3.00 per person (except for legal exemptions).
     

2. Opening and Seasonality

  • 2026 Season: Season ends on November 15, 2026.

  • 2027 Season: Open from March 15, 2027 to November 15, 2027.
     

3. Rates and Types of Accommodation

  • Glamping Tents (2 units - max 4 people per unit):

     

    • Midweek (Monday - Thursday): €250.00/night

    • Weekend (Friday - Sunday) and midweek holidays: €280.00/night

    • Weekly Low Season (March, April, May): €600.00/week

    • Weekly Mid Season (October, November): €1,200.00/week

    • Weekly High Season and Holidays (June, July, August, September): €1,600.00/week

  • Camper pitches (3 pitches of 60 m2, max 7.5 metres):

     

    • Fixed pitch fee (includes water, electricity, drainage, services, hot showers, Wi-Fi, washing area): €50.00/night

    • Adult fee (9+ years): €10.00 per person/night

    • Child rate (2-8 years): €5.00 per person/night

    • Bathroom Linen Rental (Optional): Deposit €20.00/set. Prices per item: Bidet €2.00, Face €2.50, Shower €3.50.

  • Free Tent (5 pitches with electricity and water):

     

    • Pitch fee: €30.00/night

    • Adult fee (9+ years): €10.00 per person/night

    • Child rate (2-8 years): €5.00 per person/night

  • Indian Tent (1 unit - max 8 people):

     

    • Midweek (Monday - Thursday): €250.00/night

    • Weekends and Holidays: €280.00/night
       

4. Extra Services and Rules of the Facility

  • Relaxation Area (Whirlpool Tub and Chromotherapy): Max 4 people. Fee: €100.00/slot (duration 1 hour). Optional bathrobe rental: €5.00.

  • Dedicated Barbecue Area: Reserved space with tables, chairs, gas grill, and equipment. Maximum capacity 8 people. Price: €30.00.

  • Pets: Pets are welcome at a cost of €5.00 per day.
     

5. Cancellations and Withdrawal

The 60% deposit serves as a confirmation deposit pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed directly with the property management.
